Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship Wrenfolk tees worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum, and no shipping charge is added at checkout or afterwards.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days, depending on your country. Customs processing, local logistics, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally extend this window.

We guarantee delivery within 90 days of your purchase date. If that deadline is not met, you may request a full refund.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your e-mail within 7 business days of purchase. Because shipments are international, tracking can take a few days to start updating after the number is generated.

Customs and import fees

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Wrong address

If an order ships to the wrong address because of our mistake, we cover the cost of putting it right. If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, the cost of reshipping is the customer's.
